Your Role as a Real Estate Agent:
- Manage and respond to high-quality inbound leads provided by the company.
- Build strong relationships by understanding client needs.
- Guide buyers and sellers through every step of their real estate journey.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver outstanding client experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- An active real estate license, or be taking real estate courses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience in sales, customer service, real estate, or a related field.
- Ability to handle a high volume of leads and multitask effectively.
