As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll contribute directly to the operational strength of a growing global organization while supporting the equipment and systems that keep our production running at its best
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of plant level maintenance activities
- Proven ability to lead a team, instill accountability and manage performance based on key metrics
- Proven ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings, blueprints, schematics, specifications, codes, electrical formulas, and handbooks
- Working knowledge of the principles of electricity, hydraulics, mechanical systems, pneumatics, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding and fabrication
- Working knowledge of PLCs, motor drives, ladder logic, and industrial controls
- Experience with CMMS and BAS systems
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, effective supervisory skills and strong customer service
- Ability to lift, twist and work in sitting, squatting, standing and elevated positions for extended periods of time
- Minimum of 4 years of increasingly responsible roles in industrial maintenance, including successful experience in supervision and management
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, ERP, etc)
- High school or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities
- Promote safe work practices and demonstrate a zero tolerance for non-compliance with safe work practices, policies and regulations
- Safely meet or exceed production targets and goals
- Perform customary supervisory responsibilities, including planning, direction, and evaluation
- Perform and/or oversee preventive/ maintenance and repair of machines and equipment
- Support the care and maintenance of all equipment and systems in safe operating condition
- Schedule and assign work to maintenance technicians
- Investigate root cause failure and recommend changes to prevent future occurrences
- Trouble shoot equipment using software tools for PLCs, motor drives and controllers
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Develop or revise maintenance procedures
- Use Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to plan, document, and optimize maintenance activities
