Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly motived Maintenance Supervisor. This individual will play a critical role in expanding their maintenance team to meet our long-term business growth.Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership, organization, and oversight of team of three or more employees
- Perform weekly scheduled preventive maintenance across all equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
- Apply knowledge of hydraulic systems to installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Demonstrate proficiency in comprehensive troubleshooting methodologies across diverse technical systems
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated technical capability
- Proven resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and innovation
- Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required by operational needs
- Demonstrates ingenuity and creativity in problem solving
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check
