Commercial Cleaning Service is looking for a Quality Assurance Field Manager. The qualified person will be responsible for a specific territory within Metroplex. In this role, you will be responsible for start-ups of new clients and providing quality assurance for existing clients. This will be achieved by on-site visits, quality assurance calls, and troubleshooting any issues that may come up in your designated area. This position will also be directly responsible for retaining existing clients to assist in the growth of the local region.
Position Requirements:
A passion for working with clients to satisfy their needs
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent follow-up and an eye for detail.
Flexibility to respond to urgent client requests on evenings and weekends when necessary.
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
Strong moral integrity.
Must have reliable transportation.
Preferred Knowledge/Experience: 2 + years experience in Janitorial Management required.
High School Graduate with Some College preferred.
Bilingual a must
Base Salary with auto reimbursements, monthly bonuses, and commissions.
