Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, reporting any unusual conditions or incidents, and performing various duties as needed.
Responsibilities:

Ensure the general cleanliness and sanitation of the facility

Periodically tour the facility and grounds, examine doors, windows, and ensure proper working order

Report any unusual conditions or malfunction of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems or any other incidents to the Maintenance Director

Report incidents and manage communication log

Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:

Ability to interact with residents with respect and dignity

Ability to multitask
-
Prior experience as a Porter/Housekeeper in an Assisted Living Facility is a plus
