GROUNDS WORKER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs a variety of other manual tasks.
• Clears and prepares shrub, tree and flower beds by removing debris and weeds. Cuts new bed edges and then install shredded hardwood mulch.
• May operate small utility vehicles.
• Snow plowing
• Completes other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must have Driver’s License & Drivers Abstract.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Managers and other personnel.
• Ability to perform medium to heavy manual labor, to include reaching, bending and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools and motorized equipment.
• 40-hour work week Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
