? NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME SECURITY GUARD ?

? Location: Horsham Center
?️ Schedule: Monday–Friday
⏰ Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
? Position: Full-Time Security Guard

We are seeking a responsible, alert, and dependable Security Guard to join our team at Horsham Center.

This position requires someone who can confidently monitor a busy healthcare environment with frequent guests, visitors, staff, and residents coming and going throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor entrances, exits, and activity throughout the facility.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Monitor resident movement and help ensure residents who are not authorized to leave the facility remain safely inside.
Remain alert and respond quickly to security concerns or emergencies.
Be able to move quickly and take appropriate action during emergency situations.
Maintain a professional and calm presence in a busy environment.
Communicate effectively with staff, residents, visitors, and emergency personnel when necessary.

Qualifications:

Previous security experience required.
Military/Army veterans are strongly encouraged to apply
Must be comfortable working in a busy environment with frequent foot traffic.
Must be observant, dependable, and able to remain focused throughout the shift.
Must be physically capable of responding quickly during emergencies.
Strong communication and judgment skills are essential.
