We're a locally-owned lawn care and snow removal company in Bay City looking for a dependable, hardworking Team Member. If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a solid team, we want to hear from you.

YOUR MISSION

• Work with your crew to achieve 100% daily route completion with zero client complaints — every single day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Operate zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed whackers, and leaf blowers
• Keep equipment fueled, stocked, and clean — blown off and emptied at end of every day
• Work on Yard Cleanup and Landscape Bed Maintenance Projects
• Perform general landscaping and outdoor maintenance as needed

PAY & BENEFITS

• Starting pay: $18/hr Pay potential: $21/hr + performance bonuses
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must live in Bay City or Essexville, MI
• Reliable transportation to our Bay City shop by 8:30 AM
• Able to work 10+ hour days outdoors
• Strong communicator who can lead a small team and follow directions
• Dependable, accountable, and consistent — this is a no-excuses crew
