What You'll Do
As a Janitorial Worker, you'll play a key role in keeping the facility looking its best by:
Performing general cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout the property
Cleaning and sanitizing common areas, hallways, lounges, and gathering spaces
Disinfecting restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
Cleaning offices and workspaces to maintain a neat and professional environment
Preparing unoccupied rooms for future guests and groups
Vacuuming carpets and rugs throughout the facility
Washing windows and glass surfaces for a spotless appearance
Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling
Following safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment
Reporting maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages
What We're Looking For
Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or environmental services experience
Ability to clean bathrooms, guest rooms, offices, and common spaces
Experience using vacuums and standard cleaning equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a community-oriented setting serving local groups and organizations
