Compensation: $80,000-$120,000
Job Name: Commercial Estimator
Reports To: General Manager
Expectations for the role: To provide bids to our clients. 
Job Duties:&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Continue to build relationships with our current clients and seek opportunities to build relationships with new clients.</li>
<li>Provide bids on plan and spec projects.</li>
<li>Provide design build budgets and bids.</li>
<li>Work with engineers throughout the design process.</li>
<li>Request quotes from our vendors.</li>
<li>Attend pre bid job site walk throughs.</li>
<li>Attend turn-over meetings prepared to discuss the project in depth.</li>
<li>Maintain a award percentage of 12%.</li>
