Newco Janitor Responsibilities
Maintain warehouse clean inside of warehouse and perimeter of warehouse (parking lots)
Make sure exterior entrance stairway to office is kept clean.
Sweep up spills – throughout warehouse
Pick up trash – separate recyclables from trash. Place recyclables in compactor (turn on compactor as needed)
Sweep up in Aisles in between pallets picking up trash.
Empty out trash cans in Dock area once a week or as needed.
Empty out trash cans inside warehouse separating recyclables from trash. Place reusable slip sheets in designated area.
Keep two patio areas cleaned.
Empty Lunchroom trash in between visits from External Janitorial service.
Dust racks as needed/ knock down cobwebs.
Keep Pest control clean and clear .
Alternate weeks cleaning warehouse floor with Floor scrubber, maintain machine after each use
But not limited to above.
Monday-Thursday 04:30AM - 2:00PM with possibility of overtime
Friday 5:00AM - 9AM with possibility of overtime
