Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified buyers and understand their goals

• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings

• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers

• Guide buyers from consultation to closing

• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title, and transaction teams

• Manage client communication and follow-up through closing

• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Qualifications:What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Florida-licensed Real Estate Buyer’s Agent who is ready to grow their business, serve clients, and close more transactions.

• Active Florida Real Estate License required

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven

• Organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills

• Confident working with homebuyers and buyer opportunities

• Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology

• Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
