We are currently seeking motivated In Home Sales Representatives ready to engage with homeowners locally. This role involves face-to-face meetings to inspect homes for hail damage, assist clients with the insurance claim process, and ensure project completion. Ideal candidates are personable, persuasive, and comfortable managing multiple aspects of the sales process as independent contractors.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with homeowners to understand their needs
• Inspect homes to assess hail and other damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process
• Manage documentation using paper-based methods and CRM software
• Present sales proposals and effectively communicate product benefits
• Maintain customer relations throughout project completion
• Follow up to ensure project satisfaction and closure
• Travel locally to meet clients and conduct inspections

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of home inspection and insurance claims processes
• Strong sales techniques and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
