Leasing Consultant – Frederick, MD
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay: $19-21 based on experience
Career Strategies is currently hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Frederick, MD. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, and experience in residential leasing.
Responsibilities include:
- Touring prospective residents and providing excellent customer service
- Answering phones and responding to emails professionally
- Assisting with leasing paperwork and applications
- Inputting data and maintaining accurate records
- Handling resident inquiries and service requests
- Supporting the property management team with daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar (a plus!)
- Reliable
