Career Strategies is now hiring a Part-Time Leasing Agent for an apartment community in the Yuma, AZ area.
Leasing Agents are responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents while assisting with the day-to-day leasing operations of the apartment community. Successful candidates will be professional, outgoing, organized, and committed to providing a positive experience for residents and prospects.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting prospective residents and providing community tours
• Answering phones, emails, and resident inquiries
• Following up with prospective residents and leasing leads
• Assisting with applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins
• Providing excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assisting residents with questions and service requests
• Maintaining accurate leasing and resident records
• Supporting the property management team with general administrative duties
• Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills required
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
This is a part-time position.
