Healthy Youth and Families Home, an Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH)
group home for children and youth with intellectual disabilities, is seeking an
experienced Facility Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The Facility
Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the highest
standards of care and compliance with patient care and regulatory requirements.
Main Duties:
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
- Ensure the provision of services to the client
- Participate in operational and clinical meetings
- Conduct fidelity checks to ensure treatment plans are being executed as designed
- Provide feedback and training to staff to improve adherence to treatment protocols
- Supervise Direct Care and Lead Staff
- Recruit, hire, and provide training for staff
- Manage staff schedules
- Ensure necessary reports are completed
- Serve as a liaison between different agencies
Qualifications/Eligibility:
- Adult Residential Certification
- Direct Support Professional Certification (DSP) I and II
- Crisis Prevention Institute or Equivalent Trained
- CPR First Aid certification
- Willing to submit to health screening
- Obtain fingerprint clearance before working with clients
- References
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Work Experience with Developmental Disabilities:
- 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Administrator Certificate (ARF) (Eligible)
