Responsibilities

Coordinate the maintenance department activities to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.

Lead, train, and support personnel, ensuring adherence to proper procedures and methods.

Oversee the safe and operable condition of maintenance equipment and work areas.

Ensure accurate completion of work records by responsible mechanics.

Facilitate communication between maintenance teams and the Inspection Department.

Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining overall responsibility for performance.

Engage in safety risk management and uphold the Safety Management System (SMS) protocols.

Perform additional duties as assigned, consistent with the department’s objectives.
Requirements
-
FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
-
Minimum one year of experience on turbine-powered aircraft with an MGTOW of 12,500 lbs.

Proficient in aircraft maintenance processes and skilled in using technical manuals.

Recent Run Taxi/Qualified experience, including AMA if applicable.

Skilled in the use of calibrated test equipment.

Maintains good company standing.

Completion of Indoctrination and Familiarization training.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Airworthiness Release Qualified (within 90 days).

Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport or equivalent within 90 days.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Authorized to work in the U.S.
