PackYak Fulfillment is looking for a hands-on Site Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations at our facility in Sunman, IN. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, you’ll serve as the senior operational leader on site, driving labor efficiency, maintaining 99.9%+ inventory accuracy, and mentoring a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do
\n

- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily inbound, outbound, inventory, and facility operations while leading startup huddles and balancing labor resources.
- Inventory Mastery: Own overall facility accuracy (targeting 99.9%+), lead cycle counts, root-cause discrepancy analyses, and bin/slotting optimization.
- Service Level Attainment: Ensure seamless dock-to-stock turnaround and guarantee outbound shipping meets customer SLAs using ShipHero queues.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and coach warehouse staff, fostering a strong culture of accountability, safety, and leadership development.
- Facility & Safety: Enforce OSHA compliance, oversee preventive maintenance on equipment, and maintain a clean, audit-ready floor.

What We’re Looking For
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of progressive warehouse leadership in high-volume fulfillment or 3PL environments.
- Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (e.g., ShipHero, Manhattan, HighJump, SAP EWM).
- Deep understanding of OSHA regulations, labor planning, and inventory control.
- Preferred: Multi-client 3PL experience, FDA-regulated warehouse experience, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications.
