Join a dynamic extrusion company as a Maintenance Technician, where you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our production lines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and requires a commitment to working 12-hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance across 10 different production lines.
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on various machinery.
- Train on a first shift 2-2-3 schedule until training is completed.
- Walk to other facilities as needed to perform maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and rewire 480 three-phase motors, including changing motor rotation.
- Read and interpret inputs and outputs for effective troubleshooting.
- Handle PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, and maintenance repair.
- Work with blueprints, schematics, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Essential Skills
- Experience in manufacturing and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and rewiring 480 three-phase motors.
- Ability to perform mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Experience in reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Knowledge in PLC troubleshooting, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in plastics or extrusion manufacturing.
- Familiarity with fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $77667.20 - $77667.20/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
