Are you someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly? SP+ Metropolis, located in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance/Porter to join our team. If you have at least one year of experience and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Maintenance/Porter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the property in top shape.
- Addressing minor repairs and reporting any larger maintenance needs.
- Keeping common areas neat, clean, and safe for visitors and staff.
- Assisting with waste removal and ensuring proper disposal practices.
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to maintain a high standard of service.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance, porter, or similar role.
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance tools and techniques.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and professional environment.
