Real Estate Agent Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads to help close more deals.
- Create strong connections with clients to build trust and increase referrals.
- Meet with buyers and sellers to learn their goals and show them homes that fit.
- Hold open houses to promote listings.
- Manage transactions from listing to close and keep the process running smoothly.
- Find new leads and help grow the business.
- Understand your market and give clear answers about homes and property trends.
What You’ll Need
- You must have closed at least 5 real estate deals in the past 12 months.
- Office located in University Place, WA. Must be willing to attend in person trainings/events in office.
- Sales experience helps but isn’t required.
- Be comfortable with technology.
- Strong communication and people skills are key.
- Stay organized and manage your time well.
- You need an active Real Estate License.
