Upscale Student Housing Building is seeking a part-time maintenance technician for afternoon work
Philadelphia, PA 19104
- Full-sized gym, green roof deck, and study/lounge areas
Looking for a maintenance technician to work part-time, 20-25 hrs per week, M-F, mostly in the afternoons from 12-5 pm, with possible rotations.
- Work: unit walks, general repairs, punch/turn work, putting together furniture; PTAC/HVAC experience is a big plus
- Potential: could go perm / full-time for the right person
$20-25/per hour to start.
