Job Summary:
We are seeking a Security Analyst to support a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). You will monitor security systems, identify potential threats, and coordinate appropriate responses to security incidents at company facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV/video surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
- Identify, assess, and respond to security events and emergencies.
- Analyze suspicious activity and determine appropriate action.
- Document incidents, alarms, and response activities accurately.
- Coordinate with security teams, law enforcement, and emergency responders.
- Manage multiple security systems and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow security procedures and support access-control compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in security, corporate security, law enforcement, emergency services, or a control/command center.
- Experience monitoring and responding to security events.
- Knowledge of CCTV/VMS, access control, alarm systems, or security technology.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer/MS Office skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 control-room environment.
