Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Set up and optimize production equipment.
- Provide emergency and scheduled maintenance support to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings to repair equipment and systems.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, PLCs, schematic reading, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.
