Fish Window Cleaning has served homes and businesses across the Birmingham metro since 2018, and we're hiring 1–2 new team members. No background in the trade required — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

No squeegee skills. No degree. No certifications. Show up ready to work, and we'll teach you the rest.

A day on the job

• Cleaning windows, screens, and tracks at residential and small commercial properties
• Most work is ground-level; occasional ladder use, which we'll fully train you on
• Travel to job sites in a company vehicle
• Interacting with customers and wrapping up each job with a clean, finished result

Pay

• Starting at $16/hour during your roughly 2-week training period
• Moves to performance-based pay after that — most techs land $18–22/hour
• Experienced team members earn $25+/hour
• Paid every two weeks

Hours

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, about 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• No evenings, no weekends — ever
• We work in most weather conditions and will always give you a heads-up on what to expect

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license with a clean-ish driving record
• Willing to work on a ladder occasionally
• Able to lift roughly 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
• Reliable and punctual
• 18 years or older
