We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager for a direct hire salaried position, working Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, with potential Saturday overtime once or twice a month. The role involves leading maintenance efforts, ensuring smooth operations, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Actively supervise employees in the daily coordination, execution, and planning of maintenance efforts, including a 24/7 maintenance team.
- Report any information that may impede plant operations to the Site Manager, while providing technical expertise regarding plant equipment and facilities.
- Initiate and maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program and implement quality improvement and cost reduction ideas.
- Contact and work with vendors and subcontractors to achieve desired results.
- Manage machine reliability initiatives.
- Maintain adequate inventories of spare parts and purchase materials, parts, and supplies as required.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems, making data-driven decisions.
- Identify areas where safety issues could arise and take proactive measures to address concerns.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor the timely completion of maintenance work orders.
- Maintain a good working relationship with plant management, supervisory staff, and hourly employees.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Communicate continually in a positive manner.
- Participate in weekly, monthly, semiannual, and annual safety and environmental audits.

- Proficiency in managing and supervising teams
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese
- Comfortable with a salaried role working approximately 50 hours a week

Work Environment
The facility is clean and well-lit, specializing in the manufacture of large packaging materials and containers. All machines are jumbo-sized compared to other facilities, providing a unique and dynamic work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $134000.00/yr.
