Commercial Cleaning – Assistant Manager (Part-Time, Evenings)
Location: Novi, MI & Surrounding Areas (Including but not limited to Farmington Hills, Royal Oak, Southfield & Wixom)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (30 hrs/week)
Pay: $17-$19 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit

What You’ll Be Doing
- Daily Cleaning - Perform and oversee cleaning tasks in multiple buildings. You’ll set the standard for quality and efficiency.
- Training - Train, motivate, and support cleaning staff to maintain consistent quality and strong morale.
- Quality Control - Conduct inspections, address issues promptly, and help ensure client satisfaction.
- Communication & Coordination - Serve as the link between your cleaning team and management, keeping operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle with proof of current auto insurance
- Must drive between multiple buildings during shift (paid drive time provided)
- At least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Dependable, organized, and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willing to download and use mobile apps on your phone for daily tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in offices, medical buildings, and surgery centers
- Sterile cleaning required—scrubs and PPE provided
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus!
