Pay: $34-$38/hour (Based on Experience) | Full-Time

Allegiance Staffing is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a top manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. These hands-on roles focus on keeping production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently while supporting process improvements and reliability goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and PLC diagrams
- Install, modify, and maintain equipment and facility infrastructure
- Support process improvement and engineering projects
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure safety compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or technical certification required
- 2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics and HVAC
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and respond to on-call maintenance needs
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday
- Weekend Shift: Fri-Sunday
