Pinnacle Staffing Group is partnering with a leading apartment community owner in Phoenix, AZ, to find a Bilingual Leasing Agent. This temporary position is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of experience to gain hands-on experience in leasing, resident relations, and property management. This opportunity has strong potential to become a long-term role!

You will assist in welcoming prospective residents, coordinating tours, processing applications, and delivering outstanding customer service. Bilingual candidates are a plus.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.
• Experience Required: 1–2 years
• Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, schedule property tours, and provide information about available units.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation in property management software.
• Support the Property Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
• Promote positive relationships with residents and maintain a professional office environment.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in leasing, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual Spanish/English are highly desirable.
