About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Operations Analyst to support the processing and administration of equipment lease transactions through both direct sales channels and authorized dealer networks. This position plays a key role in reviewing lease documentation, validating transaction details, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting the successful funding of lease transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in financial services, leasing, banking, operations, or business administration.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process lease transactions in accordance with company policies and operational guidelines.
  • Analyze dealer-submitted transactions and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Issue purchase order approvals within assigned authority limits.
  • Track approvals and signing authorities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Validate pricing, equipment values, and MSRP requirements based on channel designations.
  • Accurately enter and maintain lease transaction data in company systems.
  • Process lease upgrades, buyouts, and related lease modifications.
  • Assist with lease terminations and end-of-term activities.
  • Develop an understanding of financing programs and lease structures.
  • Support UCC filing requirements and documentation processes.
  • Monitor pending transactions and work with internal teams, dealers, and customers to obtain missing information.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while supporting sales and dealer partners.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, risk management, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate timely funding and processing of transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in leasing, banking, financial services, loan processing, customer service, or administrative operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of contracts, documentation review, and business processes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience

  • Equipment leasing or commercial finance experience.
  • Exposure to loan or lease documentation.
  • Knowledge of UCC-1 and UCC-3 filing processes.
  • Experience reviewing financial or contractual documents.
  • Familiarity with processing transactions in a regulated financial services environment.

Schedule & Location

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
