Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain, repair, and support the day-to-day operation of a manufacturing facility. This is a long-term temporary position offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, with overtime available as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience with facility maintenance, janitorial work, general repairs, and basic troubleshooting in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and building systems.

Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.

Troubleshoot and address mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues.

Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and general facility infrastructure.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs.

Use cleaning equipment and maintenance tools to keep the facility safe and clean.

Assist with facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and other maintenance tasks.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, janitorial, industrial maintenance, or a related field.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Experience using maintenance tools and cleaning equipment.

Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints is a plus.

Basic computer skills preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
