Summary: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment on our production floor, which includes installing new equipment, performing preventative/corrective maintenance equipment. Assist Operators with minor maintenance issues to consistently obtain the standard operating efficiency of system and minimize down time.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent and mechanical and/or electronic courses.
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a technician.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Respond to machine alarms and breakdowns as they occur, troubleshoot and identify the root cause and apply corrective action as required
- Identify parts that require replacement and submit requisitions for ordering
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for multiple facilities
- Install new and relocated production equipment and machinery
- Overhaul and modify current equipment
- Communicate with the production team and prepare and submit maintenance reports
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strong mechanical reasoning skills and conscientiousness
- In-depth knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems maintenance, proven troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to prioritize well in a changing environment and track and supervise multiple activities at once.
- The ability to work as an effective team player and clear communicator; open to learning from others, sharing knowledge, and advancing innovation across the product life-cycle.
- Experience using Windows based PC applications,
- Have a working knowledge of lock out tag out.

Physical Requirements
Ability to exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally/frequently. Strength and manual dexterity needed to move objects. Climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching/pushing/pulling machinery. Associate stands/walks 8 hrs./day. Hearing protection and safety shoes required. Manufacturing environment. Facilities Maintenance.
