Job Description A reputable property management organization in Providence is looking for an experienced Property Manager to lead its residential portfolio.
This role will manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, resident relations, budgets, compliance, and inspections, while ensuring properties are well-maintained and residents receive responsive service.
Compensation & Highlights:
$55,000-$70,000 OTE per year, based on experience Permanent
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Respond promptly to leads, lead showings, and process applications, leases, and move-ins
- Keep listings, pricing, and availability accurate and professional; monitor online reviews
- Build positive resident relationships and enforce community rules consistently
- Manage maintenance requests from start to finish, including vendor bids, documentation, and follow-up
- Oversee turnovers and move-outs, including inspections and security deposit accounting
- Walk the properties daily to keep them clean, safe, and attractive
- Maintain accurate records in AppFolio
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses
- Oversee unit renovations on non-stabilized properties
Qualifications of the Property Manager:
- Property management or leasing experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented; AppFolio experience a plus
- Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend showings
