Join a hands-on team supporting critical production assets across multiple shifts. You’ll install new machinery, diagnose issues quickly, and help foster a safe workplace—while earning competitive pay and benefits, plus retention bonuses.

What You’ll Tackle

• New equipment installation: set, wire, align, and commission
• Repair and restore existing systems to peak performance
• Find and fix faults using mechanical and electrical test methods
• Complete machine safety inspections and accurate maintenance records
• Model safety practices every step of the way (including LOTO)

Must-Have Experience

• 2+ years of maintenance work in an industrial setting
• Confidence using power equipment and following formal work instructions
• Safety-first mindset with enthusiasm to learn; PLC familiarity is a bonus (exposure provided)
• Team-oriented, yet comfortable working with limited supervision and completing assigned duties
