Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Commercial Cleaner role based in Marietta, OH. The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, such as offices, retail spaces, and other business locations. Daily responsibilities may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. The role also involves restocking supplies, reporting any maintenance or safety issues, and following company cleaning standards and schedules. The Commercial Cleaner is expected to work efficiently, follow safety guidelines, and uphold a professional and respectful attitude toward clients and coworkers.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and surface sanitizing.
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning products, equipment, and supplies, with attention to health, safety, and proper chemical handling.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow checklists and cleaning schedules with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to Marietta, OH worksites and willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, lift moderate weights, and move equipment throughout the shift.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude and respect for client property and confidentiality.
- Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
