RV / Manufactured Home Community is seeking a
Reliable Part -Time Maintenance Person&nbsp;for general park upkeep.
Duties include:
<ul>
<li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; General repairs and maintenance</li>
<li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Groundskeeping (mowing, trimming, clean-up)</li>
<li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Light plumbing and electrical work</li>
<li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Preparing RV spaces for new tenants</li>
<li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Keeping common areas clean and safe</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Basic maintenance experience preferred</li>
<li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be dependable and self-motivated</li>
<li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs</li>
<li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Reliable transportation</li>
<li>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good communication &amp; follow up skills &nbsp;</li>
