About the Role:
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, and assisting with renovations and repairs. Your attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our facility.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and replacing air filters
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, including but not limited to, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Assist with renovations and repairs, including but not limited to, painting, flooring, and carpentry
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including but not limited to, maintenance logs and inventory management
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and policies
