What you’ll do
- Own apartment turnovers: paint, clean, repair, and prepare units
- Handle building upkeep and general property maintenance
- Tackle light construction, sanitation, and mechanical tasks
- Maintain grounds: landscaping and snow removal
- Use powered tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Coordinate with outside vendors and skilled trades on larger projects
- Team up to meet timelines and deliver consistent quality
Role details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 – $22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What it takes to succeed
- Regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, landscaping, or groundskeeping (required)
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems (a plus)
- Strong communication and project list management
- Mechanically inclined; confident with powered tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
