Responsibilities:

The Facilities Associate is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all users.
Key Responsibilities
General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and setup of facilities for events.
Room Setup and Teardown: Prepare rooms for meetings and events, including arranging furniture and equipment as needed.
Ensure cleanliness in all areas, icommon areas, and workspaces. This includes checking supplies and disposing of waste.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for staff and customers to ensure that facility needs are met and to address any issues that arise.
Physical Tasks: Lift and move equipment and furniture, often requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum of 3-5 years Facilities services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.
1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
Attention to detail.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
