What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues (leaks, toilets, supply lines)
- Maintain electrical systems (outlets, switches, LED lighting)
- Repair and adjust doors, hardware, and panic bars
- Maintain interior & exterior lighting
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance:
- Scheduled inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Minor HVAC maintenance (filters, belts, coils)
- Drywall repair & patching
- Minor welding repairs (handrails, gates, door frames)
- Basic carpentry (shelves, frames, small structures)
- Basic masonry (patching concrete, brick, block)
- Painting touch-ups
Requirements
- Strong electrical maintenance experience (required)
- Commercial and residential maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and masonry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Safety-focused and reliable
- Must have reliable commercial-grade transportation (pickup truck or van)
