Job DescriptionSummaryThis positions responsibilities focus around the upkeep and repair of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery, performing routine maintenance checks, assisting in diagnosing malfunctions, troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic systems, replacing parts as needed, and ensuring machines operate efficiently to minimize production downtime.Primary DutiesConduct all duties with safety as the highest priority.Safety Compliance. Lock out tag out systemsPreventative maintenance Schedule adherencePart ReplacementClean and fill coolant tanksEmpty chip hoppersAssist in Facilities Maintenance as needed.QualificationsAttention to detailDemonstrated critical thinkingStrong communication skillsAbility to handle complex machines and toolsComputer literacyMinimum Experience and Education High School Diploma or Equivalent1-3 years proficient in a CNC machine maintenance role or CNC Service tech certifications.Physical RequirementsAbility to be on your feet for multiple hours a dayAbility to lift 50 lbs safely.
