Maintenance Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Onyx Care of Farmerville. As a key member of our leadership team, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our patients and staff. Maintenance Director is a full-time position reporting to the Administrator.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, furnishings, and grounds

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment

Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and materials

Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services
