Your Mission (Should you choose to accept it…)

Serve with professionalism, protect with care, and represent ARDENT’s standards at the post every day.

You are not just standing a post. You are helping create a safer, more respectful, and better-supported environment for the people who live, work, visit, and serve there.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: $20 per hour
  • Weekly Pay: Get paid every week to help you manage your finances with ease.

You’ll Love This Role If You Value

  • People First: Protecting people with care, respect, and practical support.
  • Humble Excellence: Doing the work well, remaining coachable, and leading without ego.
  • Genuine Integrity: Doing the right thing, reporting honestly, and protecting trust.

You may be a strong fit if these statements are true for you:

  • I want to be known as dependable, professional, and trusted to handle the job the right way every time.
  • I take pride in my attendance, communication, report writing, and professional appearance.
  • I can remain calm, respectful, and alert during routine and tense situations.

  • I understand that small details at the post can protect people and preserve trust.

A Week in the Life

You may begin the week by reviewing post orders, uniform standards, access procedures, patrol expectations, and site rules.

You may monitor activity, complete foot patrols, assist residents or visitors, communicate with clients, and document concerns.

You may respond to a site issue, remain calm, gather the facts, and escalate the matter through the appropriate channel.

You may enforce property rules while continuing to treat people with professionalism and respect.

You may receive coaching from a supervisor and use that feedback to improve your field performance.

By the end of the week, your reliability and professionalism should help the site feel safer, clearer, and better supported.
