Job Description:
As a Property Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day operations and occasionally minor maintenance of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and profitable. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing tenant relations: Building positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and complaints promptly, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
Property maintenance: Overseeing repairs and maintenance and ensuring properties are kept in excellent condition.
Lease management: Handling lease agreements, including screening potential tenants, collecting rent, and enforcing lease terms.
Marketing and tenant acquisition: Developing marketing strategies, advertising available properties, and conducting tenant screenings to attract and select quality tenants.
Legal compliance: Staying up-to-date with local and state regulations and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
✨ Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in property management. This is a MUST!
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with tenants, contractors, and team members.
✅ Proven problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
✅ Familiarity with property management software and computer literacy.
