As a Maintenance Technician I, you will build upon your previous experience and skills to contribute to the ongoing success of our maintenance operations.


***$500 signing bonus paid after 6 months of employment***


You will be responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to:


General/Grounds

  • Perform painting tasks and minor drywall repairs.

Plumbing

  • Change shower trim/cartridges and replace toilets, wax rings, and surrounds.
  • Check and report water heater issues.

Electrical

  • Change outlets and switches, as well as light fixtures and ballasts.

HVAC

  • Check common area boilers and diagnose furnace/air handler issues.

Client/Company Impact:

  • Contribute to general grounds maintenance and painting tasks.
  • Handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
  • Utilize technology platforms for work orders and vendor relations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and assist with vendor relations.

Office Contribution/Leadership

  • Attendance at every All-Company Meetings once a quarter.
  • Active participation in Maintenance Level 10 meetings.

Training Requirements:

  • Work order management and continued development in maintenance skills.

  • Demonstrates integrity and ownership in communication.
  • Views conflict as an opportunity for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
  • OSHA 10 and CPO certifications
  • Proficient in maintenance tasks and technology platforms.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
