Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Brooklyn, NY!
 EXPERIENCE REQUIRED — SATURDAYS ARE MANDATORY
We are seeking a professional, experienced Leasing Consultant with strong apartment/multifamily leasing experience and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents</li>
<li>Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects</li>
<li>Process rental applications and leasing paperwork</li>
<li>Prepare leases and maintain accurate resident files</li>
<li>Assist residents with questions and requests</li>
<li>Support daily leasing office operations</li>
<li>Provide professional, high-quality customer service</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous apartment / multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED</li>
<li>Professional appearance and communication required</li>
<li>Must be available to work Saturdays — NO EXCEPTIONS</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
