Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and growth-minded real estate agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process.
- Conduct buyer consultations and property showings.
- Generate and nurture leads through team-provided systems and personal prospecting.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Attend open houses and community events.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful closings.
- Collaborate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other industry professionals.
- Stay current on local market trends and inventory.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- Active Utah Real Estate License (or currently pursuing licensure).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
