Immediate Opening! Carabetta Management Company is actively hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept facilities across our properties in Middletown and Meriden.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

Clean and maintain designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.)

Clean ceiling vents and perform general upkeep tasks

Stock and replenish cleaning supplies and supply rooms
-
Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities
-
Carry out deep cleaning and special projects as assigned
-
Notify management of maintenance issues or repair needs

Perform minor repairs and adjustments when necessary

Follow all health and safety regulations

Work collaboratively with team members and staff
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred
-
Minimum of 2 years of cleaning or janitorial experience

Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
-
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
-
Strong attention to detail and integrity
-
Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
