Part-Time Groundskeeper
Seeking a dependable, hands-on professional to join our grounds maintenance crew at a large property in beautiful Holladay. This position is responsible for maintaining attractive, safe, and well-kept exterior spaces, with occasional interior maintenance and light handyman work.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, completes tasks efficiently, and enjoys seeing the results of their efforts. Groundskeeping or landscaping experience is preferred, along with experience performing light handyman repairs.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Safe operation of maintenance equipment
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to pass a background check
Additional certifications or specialized skills may qualify for compensation incentives.
