About the Role
We are hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a multifamily apartment community in Bradenton, FL. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, helping the property achieve its leasing and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities

Greet walk‐in prospects, answer phone and online inquiries, and schedule tours.

Conduct property and apartment tours, highlight features and benefits, and build rapport with prospects.

Explain pricing, specials, availability, and qualification criteria clearly.

Process rental applications, collect required documentation, and assist with move‐ins and renewals.

Provide professional customer service to current residents, respond to questions, and help resolve concerns.

Enter guest cards and leasing activity into property management software accurately and on time.

Support the on‐site team with resident notices, events, and light administrative and office tasks.
Qualifications
-
1+ year of leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred (apartment leasing is a plus, but not required).

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Professional, friendly demeanor and confident phone presence.

Comfortable working some Saturdays and a flexible schedule as needed.

Basic computer skills; experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar software is a plus.

Reliable, organized, and detail‐oriented.
